Safari 3.0

One piece. Welded, not assembled.

Every rack leaves the shop as a single welded 6061-T6 structure. Nothing to bolt together, nothing to work loose. Installation is just as simple: bolt it to the roof and you're good to go.

Contour

Elegantly contoured to the van's body lines.

Every tube is formed to the Sprinter's roof curve, so the rack sits low and tight to the body. From the ground it reads as part of the van, not something sitting on top of it.

Front lighting

Dozens of lighting configurations to make it yours.

7 BD LP6s, 5 BD LP9s, a Rigid light bar and many more potential options. All designs feature light-specific mounting and visual framing for the perfect fit.

Deck cutouts and accessories

Designed around your roof, not assembled around it.

Most racks come as a template you assemble around whatever is already on your roof, and that's where the awkward gaps come from. Ours is cut to your exact layout before it's welded, so every opening lands where it should and the rack looks like it was always meant to be there.

Load lighting

Load lighting, fully integrated into the rack.

Load lights tuck into the rack's structure and throw light down and out around the van, so cooking, setting up camp or finding gear after dark doesn't depend on a headlamp. Choose 6" light bars or BD S2-style pods, all wired through the rack.

Awning integration

Shade and shelter, built into the rack.

Awning mounts are welded into the rack structure, so the awning sits flush against the rail with nothing bolted on as an afterthought. Roll it out and you've got a dry, shaded place to cook, work or wait out the weather beside the van. We fit a wide range of awning models. Just tell us which one.

The wiring you'll never see.

Every light on the rack is wired through the tube itself: one continuous tube, one clean exit, no conduit, no zip ties, nothing to chafe in the wind. Cut the tube open, as we have here, and you'd find the wires running the full length, sealed inside the aluminum and invisible from the ground.
