The van Sprinter, 2008 and newer
Look at the badge on the rear door or the length: 144 is the short wheelbase, 170 the long, 170 EXT the extended body.

The rack
Same welded construction on every model. Pick the front end and deck you want.
Enter your desired half rack length above. This is measured from our standard measuring point to the furthest forward point of the rack. There are no buffers on the front, so type the exact length you want the rack to end at.
Front lighting
Mounts are cut into the fairing before it's welded, so the pattern is specific to the light you pick. Round-light front ends run 8" longer than the bar versions.
Load lights
Downward-facing lights along the rails, wired through the tube. Pick a style, then where they go.
Awning
The half rack doesn't take awning plates.
Mounts are welded into the rack, so we need the model and which side it lives on. Awnings hang from the front of the sliding-door line and run rearward.

Roof cutouts fans, AC, anything the deck must clear
Measure from the center of the plug just in front of the factory camera housing, forward along the roof. Measure to the vertical wall of each vent, not the flange. We add the 1⅝" clearance ourselves.
Does it need a cutout? The deck sits a minimum of 1½" above the top of the roof rail track. Anything on the roof lower than 1½" clears the rack and doesn't need one. Vents, AC units, tents and most solar mounts do.
Super Pacific racks always include the tent cutout, so this build needs at least one.

Two cutouts are included with every rack. Additional cutouts may carry a small fee, which we'll confirm on the drawing.

How load lights mount
Both styles mount to hardware welded into the rack and wire through the tube. The difference is the light and how it hangs.
Where to measure
Every length runs from the same starting point, forward along the roof. Hook the tape once and read three numbers.
